That is where I come in. My name is Michele Cairns, and I am here to help you with YOUR personal goals and dreams. Yes, I said dreams. If you don't have them, you can't achieve them! Do you think Neil Armstrong said nope, no way will I EVER walk on the moon. NO WAY !! He had a DREAM!!-He envisioned it-it came true. SIMPLE, you say, well, yes, and no. We go over that in your coaching sessions. Just like any great coach, we find out what you are truly capable of (you would be amazed at what you ARE capable of achieving).

Life Coaching is for people that are truly ready to create a successful life for themselves, to make a change in their life and make a commitment to be happy in their life. A Life Coach provides expertise, encouragement, tools, and support for helping you make improvements in your life.

A Life Coach in not a therapist, or counselor, more a consultant..a friend Now, here is the difference between me and your other so called "friends". My definition of a "true friend" is someone who holds you accountable, makes you better, and "tells you the truth". Someone who has the guts to tell you the truth. You may have people you will like better than this friend, but you will have no truer friend. Of course, you don't want someone "beating you down" being negative all the time, you want someone to lift you "up", be around positive people. That will be part of your training. You will have to get rid of your "negative" influences. Your Life Coach is your personal advocate and expert to help you realize YOUR FULL POTENTIAL! Don't you deserve the very best in everything you do in life?

Most of us, at one time, or another was at "optimal" level. You were there financially, through relationships, your weight etc. If you weren't there physically, you had a mental picture. The problem is, we just fell back into old habits, lost our way, or never found the skills to reach our "optimal" selves. That is where I work with you. Sometimes, we work over the phone, sometimes you come to my office. It is very individualized, based on you needs, and goals. We will be working on YOUR personal successes. First we have to find out what those are. Now, don't be shy. You can have anything you want, if you are willing to work for it, and envision it daily. Success can come in many forms, health (diet), financial freedom, happiness and loving relationships, being your very "best" being at your "optimal" happiness, working at a job that you find rewarding. These are just a few successes to work on, you may come up with many more. Whether you want to reach a specific goal, or achieve overall well-being, a Life Coach can give you the skills, and tools, to get you on the right path, and put you their faster.

You certainly can't put a price tag on it, because the information and individualized attention I am going to be giving you is priceless.

That doesn't mean that I am not sympathetic to your financial responsibilities. I have therefore made this program financially feasible for everyone.

You would have to pay some Life Coaches thousands of dollars per hour for their time, and it is certainly worth every penny. You are getting a chance to have a one on one session for 75.00 per hour, or buy 10 sessions for 500.00. If you purchase a package of 10, you will be obligated to fulfill your sessions in a timely manner. This is so that you receive the optimal advantages of the program.
